Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item for any reason from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must not have been used and be in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and with original tags if applicable.
If the item you have purchased is faulty or damaged, through no fault of your own, you will be eligible for a return. In some instances a return will not be necessary and a replacement item will be issued free of charge.
Items that are described as, pre order, are not eligible for return or refund as these items are made on demand. In some instances, where the is stock available an exchange can be made. Similarly sale items are final and cannot be returned or refunded. Exception to this would be faulty or damaged items.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will make sure it is fit for resale and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your card (or original method of payment).
If the item is faulty or damaged a full refund or replacement will be issued upon the item being returned to us. In some instances a return will not be necessary but we may ask for photographic evidence of the fault or damage in question.
Please allow 24hrs for refunded monies to appear in your account, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Returns Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs for returns are nonrefundable.
If the item is damaged or faulty and you do not want a replacement item sent, the cost of shipping will be refunded. If you wish to have a replacement item the original shipping costs will not be refunded but the replacement shipping costs will be covered by Torq Routesetting Ltd.
Items that are lost in transit that have been sent by us will be refunded or replaced.
